• engine calibration on vehicle for all ctcs products to meet all vehicle attributes

- fulfill fuel efficiency requirements

- fulfill drivability requirement

- fulfill requirements on emissions & obd

- all climatic corrections calibration (cold, hot, altitude)

- ecu diagnosis calibration

• verification of the emission system technology to fulfill market driven emission requirements.

• support base engine calibration development on engine dynos.

• coordination of engineering service providers and suppliers for engine calibration on testbed and vehicle

• define the vehicle configurations and number needed for engine calibration process

• manage contract development to engineering service provider on programme (planning) and technical content

• reporting of the engine calibration status according to the product development plan and checking that calibration delivery is on time and on quality

• continuous improvement of the development process and used tools

任职资格：

requirements:

• engineering degree in mechanical, electronics or mechatronics engineering

• project management experience

• strong experience in engine technology development for the automotive industry

• experience in ems calibration tools

capability:

 comprehensive knowledge about engine calibration process and technology.

 comprehensive knowledge about powertrain electric/electronic systems

 good written and spoken english

 good communication skills
